It's Quiet... Too Quiet

Soon, when springtime comes to Britain, Giselle will return to the Mortal Realm as she so longs to do. Vincent is doing his job as a guardian per Donar's instructions but she misses one mortal boy in particular.

Veronica thinks she may have found a mate to match her devious ambitions in James Baldwin, and seeks Michelle's approval to turn the boy eventually... but the elder Vampiress doesn't think James quite measures up. The only other Vampire left in England (that we know of) after Ethan Carter's purge is his own daughter, Sasha, who curls up in hiding in the basement of Luke Henderson's home when the sun is in the sky.

There is no word from any Werewolves in England. It seems that they've all taken off for Russia or been incarcerated in one of the Ministry camps. Except one young Russian woman who tries her hardest to keep her 'disease' a secret from all and rebuild her shattered life in Diagon Alley, having refused the offer from Petyr's followers.

An influx of Irish students and adults slowly filter into England, igniting rumors of Hunters, superior clans, and hidden covens of Vampire as well as nests of Werewolves. These rumors are rubbing already strained nerves raw and many heads are rearing in the Hunter's society with human, simple teeth gnashing angrily. The McGadeys, Flannaghans, and the other families that are cropping up in England need to watch their backs, or their English equivalents might feel that they need to be disposed of.

Classes resume and children get their wintertime cabin fever out of the way. The equation seems to have a simple answer and yet... the students can't seem to focus on their classes. So the professors are having their will challenged once more as they impress upon their charges the importance of this last semester of classes before summer break begins.
